You're Not Performing Strength.

You're Under-Supported.

So many of the women I work with are smart, capable, deeply driven — and quietly exhausted. Not because something is wrong with them, but because they've been handed a cultural story that says high-achieving women should be able to hold it all together — indefinitely, without tools, without support, without ever asking to be held themselves.

If you've been searching for someone who actually understands what it feels like to succeed on the outside while something quieter inside keeps asking for more — you're in the right place.

Meet Natalia

I built a successful life by every external measure — mortgage business, investment properties, businesses, two children, the appearance of having it all. And I still found myself sitting alone at night, running on anxiety and adrenaline, wondering why I felt so hollow inside the life I'd worked so hard to create. I navigated cancer in my twenties, two divorces, loss, burnout, and some of the most challenging seasons a woman can walk through — and I walked through most of them without the tools I now offer to the women I serve. I felt every bit of that gap.

Then I discovered breathwork and nervous system regulation — and something shifted that no amount of strategy, therapy, or self-help books had ever touched. Not just in my mind, but in my body. I started to feel what it was like to trust myself again. To respond to life instead of react from fear. To feel genuinely safe in my own skin — maybe for the first time since childhood. I've gone to the source everywhere — yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India. Ceremonies in the Peruvian jungle.

Apprenticeship with Maori elders in New Zealand. I've studied Kabbalah, Human Design, Gene Keys, emotional intimacy frameworks, and quantum identity work. Not to collect modalities — but because truth requires depth. And I don't teach what I haven't lived.

Everything changed.

The anxiety that had been my constant companion softened. The fog lifted. I stopped white-knuckling my way through my days and started actually inhabiting them. And I knew with absolute clarity: this was what had been missing. Not more information. Not another strategy. Safety. Embodiment. Truth. The remembering of who I actually was underneath all the roles I'd been performing.

This work exists because every woman deserves to feel this. Grounded. Clear. Connected to herself. Like her body is an ally, not an obstacle. Like she is the author of her own story — not just surviving it. I'm not here to lead from hierarchy or hand you a formula. I'm here to walk beside you — until you trust yourself enough to lead your own life.

What I Know to Be True.

Real transformation doesn't happen in the mind alone. It happens when the body feels safe enough to tell the truth — and you're brave enough to live it.

There is no shortage of information for high-achieving women. What's missing is safety. And no amount of information helps if your nervous system is running the show.

The goal isn't to become someone new. It's to strip away everything that isn't you — and remember who you were before the world told you to harden.

Your breath is the bridge. Your body is the portal. And when you learn to listen — everything changes.

How a woman leads her life matters. This work exists to support grounded, embodied leadership — in business, in relationships, and in the quiet moments when no one's watching.

The Experience Behind the Work.

My approach is rooted in one foundational truth: your body already knows the way. My job isn't to give you more to think about — it's to help you remove the nervous system interference that's getting in the way of your own inner authority. When we regulate the body, the mind quiets. When the mind quiets, clarity comes. And when clarity comes — real, embodied confidence follows.

A Few Things About Me

  • I'm a mother first. Everything I teach, I live at home. My children are my greatest teachers and my deepest why.

  • My morning ritual: breathwork before my feet hit the floor, then the sauna. 20 minutes minimum — sometimes an hour. Breathwork in the heat, cold plunge if I'm feeling called. This isn't a routine. It's a devotion.

  • I grew up just outside of Logan Canyon — trail running, cliff jumping at First Dam, causing general chaos with my brothers. Full tomboy. Still am. Logan Canyon is my roots. Tunnel Springs in North Salt Lake is my current trailhead. Nothing compares.

  • Cacao is always the answer. If that's not an option — matcha when I'm heading out, coffee at home, Thai tea when the kids and I are making something together. I have a relationship with every warm beverage and I regret nothing.

  • My closest friends insist I should be a comedian. I burst into song without warning. I'm fiercely committed to your transformation — and equally committed to making sure we laugh getting there.

  • My body literally shut down my voice — through thyroid cancer — so my real one could emerge. That was the initiation. Breathwork and somatics completed the integration I'd been reaching for all along. Now I live in coherence with who I am. That's exactly what I'm here to help you do.

  • I am obsessed with the missing chapters of the Bible — Mary Magdalene, Sophia, Enoch, the Book of Wisdom. The ancient mysteries. The removed texts. The truth underneath the story we were handed. I called myself a seeker of truth before I even knew it was written into my design.

Ready to Feel Supported in This?

This work is intentionally personal — one guide, one program, because presence and trust matter in this kind of transformation. If you're ready to stop white-knuckling your life and start actually feeling safe in your own body, I'd love to connect.

Embodied truth.

Emotional sovereignty.

Conscious leadership.
