Unlike traditional coaching focused on strategy and goals, this work focuses on the nervous system, identity, and embodied truth. The results aren't just behavioral — they're felt.

One 90-minute live session per Thursday @ 12:00 PM MST, plus approximately 20–30 minutes for your Monday morning activation practice. Roughly 2 hours per week — and most women find investing this time makes the rest of their week feel more sustainable, not less. Then there’s the sisterhood you’ll gain, and we like to gaggle.

This is not a webinar. Every woman in this circle is seen, heard, and personally supported. Limiting seats protects the depth and integrity of the experience. Once the circle is full, applications close — and the next opportunity may be months away.

Deposits are non-refundable once paid. Full cancellations are accepted up until open enrollment closes and the container begins. For live in-person events: cancellations made within 72 hours receive no refund. For online sessions: cancellations made within 48 hours receive a 50% refund. Once the container has launched, all sales are final. This policy exists to protect the integrity of the Sacred Circle and the commitment of every woman inside it.
